Project Overview

Água Segura is a multi-agency programme coordinating conservation practices across hundreds of microbasins in Paraná. Field teams from different agencies were tracking the same interventions in incompatible spreadsheets; the diagnosis-to-implementation timeline was opaque even to the programme leadership.

This WebGIS gives every microbasin its own page: diagnosis status, practices in flight, intervention timeline, and links to the Power BI dashboard that summarises programme-wide metrics. It is the day-to-day tool field teams use, and the artefact the leadership opens in meetings.

Development Stages

  • Interactive thematic mapping with multi-layer visualisation
  • Regional filtering and institutional data integration
  • Standardised documentation and intervention tracking templates
  • Power BI dashboard integration for programme-wide metrics
